AMROS Global is glad to announce its advancement into Digital Aviation with the development of an AI Asset Management system and new organizational structure.
Amidst the world’s most severe economic crisis worldwide, AMROS has committed itself to investments into digital transformation to enable secure, efficient, and economic aircraft management for the post-pandemic world. Therefore, AMROS Global announces a new strategic orientation with the development of an Artificial Intelligence powered Aircraft Asset Management system. The software, created in-house by AMROS, aims at simplifying the entire management of aircraft by combining its vast experience in engineering with technology of the future era of humankind.
While AMROS continues to gain market-share with its recently launched 360° Fleet Technical Management services of “AMROS CARE”, the addition of the state-of-the-art Aircraft Asset Management software will further allow aircraft owners, and operators to streamline their operation by letting the cloud-based software cover a vast majority of asset management tasks. The software launch of the first module is scheduled for September 2021 and will include various initial modules for technical records and aircraft redelivery management.
To further accommodate the digital transformation strategy, AMROS has reformed a new shareholder structure as well as founded the financial holding of AMROS Group. The Group will be under the management of Giuseppe Renga, while the software production and licensing is managed by a new, wholly-owned subsidiary called AMROS Innovations, which will be under the management of Bernhard Meier. AMROS Global will remain under the leadership of the current Chief Executive Officer Eros Tavani and with Giovanni Renga as Chief Technical Officer.
